What is the difference between Yeda EZ Clean and a cleaning lady or housekeeper?

Yeda EZ Clean Service makes house cleaning easy for you. We make sure that we are at your home on the day and time you expect us to and we manage the quality. We are also bonded and insured, so you are protected against theft, accidental breakage or accidents inside your home.                     

When you hire an independent cleaning person, there are some important requirements to be aware of. According to Internal Revenue Service Publication 926, Household Employer's Tax Guide, if you hire someone to do household work and if you control not only what work is done, but how it is done, you are considered to have a household employee. If you are going to hire a household employee, it is important to understand your obligations as a household employer. If you are a domestic employer and pay your employee in cash or off-the-books, you are liable for unpaid taxes. Furthermore, your employee is not contributing to their Social Security account and may have difficulty establishing credit.

Here is an overview of requirements when you pay a household employee $1,400 or more a year:

When you hire a household employee:
Find out if the person can legally work in the United States and file Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. Obtain an employer identification number and possibly a state number. When you pay your household employee:
Withhold 7.65% for social security and Medicare taxes. Pay 7.65% for employer's share of social security and Medicare taxes. Withhold federal income tax and possibly state tax. File federal and possibly state unemployment returns and pay applicable taxes. Keep records. Other:
File and give your employee Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement. File Schedule H (Form 1040), Household Employment, Taxes, and pay related taxes. Must I be at home when you clean my house?

It's your choice. Many customers of our house cleaning service prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.

How many people will clean my home?

We work in teams of two, one of whom is a Team Leader (supervisor). Two-person teams prove to be the most efficient because each employee can concentrate on a specific task while in your home.

Would like to get a gift certificate for a friend. How do I do that?

Our cleaning service gift certificates are the perfect way to show you care. Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?

The Yeda Ez Clean Services will always arrive at your home with the cleaning products and equipment. All of our products are environmentally-preferable and are safe for small children and pets.

Will I always have the same cleaners?

Yeda Ez Clean Service understands the importance of continuity in cleaners and we will prioritize keeping the same cleaner assigned to your home. However, if your cleaners should be ill or on vacation we ill assign another trained and competent cleaner to you. Due to heavy morning scheduling we will be unable to let you know ahead of time if we have assigned a new cleaner.

Initial Home Cleans start at 150.00 for small homes. For larger homes the initial cleaning rate will be higher. Maintenance House Cleaning: (Weekly, bi-weekly) starting at $90.00 per cleaning.

Once a Month House Cleaning: starting at $120.00 (small homes)

Move-in/Move-Out Cleans: starting at $200.00

One Time Thorough House Cleanings: starting at 200.00
